What is different about PI
PI is a marketing and technology team. For more than nine years we have run campaigns, created content and built websites and apps for businesses and international organizations. Today every team member works alongside AI agents, so a small senior team delivers the output of a much larger one without losing the judgment clients hired us for.
That sentence is the whole difference. A traditional agency scales by adding people, which adds layers. PI scales by giving senior people agents that do the repetitive work, which keeps the team flat.
| Traditional agency | PI | |
|---|---|---|
| Team | Large, layered: account, strategy, creative, media, production | Small senior team with AI agents on every account |
| Who you talk to | Account manager, who relays to the people doing the work | The people doing the work |
| How work gets done | People at every step | People make the decisions, agents do the legwork |
| Reporting | Monthly decks | Weekly reports in plain language, built by our reporting agent and reviewed by the team |
| Services | Marketing, often with technology outsourced | Marketing plus websites, apps, software and custom AI agents in-house |
| Pricing | Retainers, often with minimums | Project fee or monthly retainer, quoted after a free call |
| Best for | Large brands with many stakeholders and large budgets | Companies and organizations that want senior attention and fast execution |
Where a traditional agency is the better choice
Be clear about this: traditional agencies exist because they solve real problems. If you are a large brand running campaigns in many markets with a media budget that needs dedicated buyers, an agency built for that scale is the right partner.
They are also the right choice when the process is the product. Some organizations need formal pitches, long strategy phases, several rounds of stakeholder review and an account team available for every meeting. That structure costs money, but for them it is worth it.
And if you need a service we do not offer, such as broadcast media buying, PR or events, a full-service agency is the simpler answer.
Where PI is the better choice
PI is built for teams that want senior people on their account and want the work to move. There is no account layer between you and the strategist, the campaign manager or the developer.
The agents are the second difference. On every account, a research agent tracks competitors, audience and market news. A content agent turns your updates into first drafts. A performance agent watches campaigns daily and flags where to move budget. A reporting agent builds the weekly report. People review all of it before it reaches you, and the result is a team that spends its time on decisions rather than on spreadsheets.
The third difference is that we build technology too. Websites, apps, custom software and AI agents for your own team come from the same people who run your marketing, so the landing page, the tracking and the campaign are designed together.
