Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. Introduction

PI Marketing ("PI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at pi4marketing.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit the Website, contact us, book a consultation or engage us for marketing, content, website, app or software development services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Website or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website or the Services.

PI Marketing operates in the United States. For questions about this policy, contact us at info@pi4marketing.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Contact form and consultation requests: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company or organization, the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
  • Communications: when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media, we keep the content of those messages, your contact details and any attachments you send.
  • Project materials: content, briefs, brand assets, access credentials and other materials you share with us so that we can deliver the Services under a project agreement.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Analytics data: our own first-party analytics records pages visited, active time on each page, scroll depth, clicks on links and buttons, referral sources, campaign tags and approximate location (country, region and city, without storing your IP address), linked to an anonymous random identifier. We do not record what you type into forms. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not setting the persistent identifier.
  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution and language preferences.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Log data: server logs kept by our hosting provider that record IP addresses, access times, pages viewed and referring URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to you: answer your inquiries, schedule consultations and send proposals.
  • Deliver the Services: plan and run campaigns, produce content and build websites, apps and software under the agreement we have with you or your organization.
  • Communicate: send project updates, reports and service-related notices. With your consent, we may also send occasional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • Improve the Website: understand how the Website is used, diagnose technical issues and improve content and performance.
  • Security: detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
  • Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws, regulations and legal processes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with the following categories of recipients:

4.1 Service providers

We work with trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel: website hosting and deployment infrastructure.
  • Email provider: contact form and booking submissions are delivered to us as email through our email provider.
  • Cal.com: scheduling of consultation calls booked through the Website.
  • Google Analytics: website analytics, where enabled.
  • Advertising and social platforms: when we run campaigns or manage channels on your behalf, we use platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok under the terms of our agreement with you and their respective policies.

These providers are permitted to process your data only as needed to provide their services to us.

4.2 Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, protect the safety of any person, or protect against legal liability.

4.3 Business transfers

If PI Marketing is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.4 With your consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. In general:

  • Inquiries and communications: retained for up to 3 years from the last contact.
  • Project materials: retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to support the work delivered, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Website analytics events: retained for up to 13 months, then deleted.
  • Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with their policies.

After the applicable period, we securely delete or anonymize the information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 General rights

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Data portability: request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Opt out of marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
  • Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

6.2 EU and EEA residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your data on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests where they are not overridden by your rights. You also have the right to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your member state.

6.3 California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to delete and correct it, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA and CPRA), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

6.4 Canadian residents (PIPEDA)

Canadian residents have the right to access their personal information, challenge its accuracy and withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@pi4marketing.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

7. International Data Transfers

We operate from the United States, and our hosting and analytics providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EU or EEA to a country that has not been found to provide adequate protection, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

By using the Website or the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Website. For a description of the cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. The Website does not currently respond to these signals, but you can manage tracking through your browser settings as described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS.
  • Access to personal data limited to team members who need it to do their work.
  • Reputable hosting and form-processing providers with their own security programs.
  • Procedures for detecting and responding to security incidents.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining industry-standard protections.

10. Children's Privacy

The Website and the Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at info@pi4marketing.com and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Website and Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or the Services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
