Cookie Policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how PI Marketing ("PI," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at pi4marketing.com (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve their efficiency and provide information to website owners. Cookies can be "persistent" (they stay on your device until they expire or are deleted) or "session" cookies (they are deleted when you close your browser). Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.

3. Cookies We Use

The Website is an informational site. It has no user accounts and does not require you to log in, so it sets very few cookies of its own.

3.1 Essential cookies

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the Website securely and reliably. These cannot be switched off and do not identify you personally.

3.2 First-party analytics

We measure how the Website is used with our own first-party analytics. Data is sent only to our own server, not to advertising networks. We record pages viewed, time actively spent on a page, how far you scroll, which links and buttons you click, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), approximate location (country, region and city derived from the request, without storing your IP address) and device type. We never record what you type into forms.

NameTypePurposeDuration
pi_vidCookie and local storageAnonymous random ID that recognizes a returning browser13 months
pi_sidCookie and session storageGroups page views into one visitUntil the browser closes or 30 minutes of inactivity

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not set the persistent visitor identifier and only measure the current visit. If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, it will be listed here before it is turned on.

3.3 Contact and booking forms

Our contact and booking forms send the information you enter to our server, which emails it to us through Google Workspace. The forms themselves do not set cookies. Booking times are handled by Cal.com inside the page, under Cal.com's own privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Cookies

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): information about your use of the Website is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States and used to compile reports for us. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Embedded content: if a page embeds content from a social platform such as TikTok, that platform may set its own cookies when the content loads.

5. How to Manage Cookies

5.1 Browser settings

Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

  • Block all cookies.
  • Accept only first-party cookies.
  • Delete cookies when you close your browser.
  • Browse in private or incognito mode.

Instructions for common browsers:

5.2 Google Analytics opt-out

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add new tools to the Website. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
