What the tools do
Each of these products is good at what it was built for. The facts below come from the vendors' own pages, checked in November 2026. Prices change, so treat them as a starting point.

|---|---|---|
| HubSpot Agent Hub | Agents inside HubSpot: Campaign, Content, Nurture, Prospecting, Customer, Data and Revenue agents, plus an Agent Builder. HubSpot agents
If your company already runs on HubSpot, its Agent Hub is the obvious place to start. HubSpot describes agents for campaigns, content, lead nurturing, prospecting, customer service, data questions and invoice follow-up, managed in one place and available from Breeze Assistant. Agent Hub is included in all Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions, and custom agents consume HubSpot Credits that you can buy in packs or pay as you go.
The limit is the same as the strength: these agents work on the data and the channels inside HubSpot. They do not run your TikTok ads, film your UGC or build your website, and somebody on your team still has to configure, monitor and correct them.
Jasper
Jasper is built for marketing content. Its Pro plan includes a Canvas for on-brand content creation, agents for core marketing workflows, and customization with two Brand Voices, five Knowledge assets and three Audiences. The Business plan adds agents for complex workflows such as translations and deep research, a no-code builder for custom agents, unlimited brand customization, API access and admin controls.
Jasper is a strong choice for a content team that produces a lot of copy and wants it consistent. It will not plan a campaign, buy media or tell you which creative to scale.
Zapier Agents
Zapier Agents sit on top of Zapier's integrations. You describe a job, give the agent access to your apps and data, and it performs tasks across 9,000+ apps, from building attendee dossiers before a meeting to qualifying leads from form submissions. Agents are billed in activities rather than Zapier tasks, with 400 activities a month on the free tier and 1,500 on Pro.
This is the most flexible of the four for a small team that already uses Zapier. The trade-off is that you are the builder. Each agent needs a clear job, the right connections and someone checking what it did.
Relevance AI
Relevance AI positions itself as an AI workforce platform: specialist agents for sales, customer success, marketing, support, operations and research, built on a no-code canvas with evaluation, monitoring and governance built in. The company says non-technical teams can stand up some use cases in hours, and that customer data is not used for training.
Its pricing page currently lists a single Enterprise plan through sales, which tells you who it is for. Teams with a budget and an operations lead who will own the agents will get the most from it.
What an agency that runs agents adds
Every tool above assumes somebody on your side owns the setup, the prompts, the data connections and the weekly review. That person needs time, judgment and enough marketing knowledge to notice when the output is wrong.
PI provides that person, plus the marketing around them. On every account our research agent tracks competitors and market news, our content agent drafts posts and ads from your updates, our performance agent watches campaigns daily and our reporting agent builds the weekly report. Our team reviews everything before it reaches you. When you need an agent for your own team, we build it in WhatsApp, Slack, email or your existing tools, trained on your documents and style, and we keep improving it every week.
The honest trade-off is cost and control. A tool subscription is cheaper than an agency, and you can change anything yourself at any time. An agency costs more and asks you to trust a team with the details, in exchange for not having to run the system.
Choose a DIY tool if
- You have someone with the time and interest to build, feed and check agents every week.
- Your work already lives in one platform, such as HubSpot or Zapier, and the agents only need that platform's data.
- Your main need is volume of content or automation of a defined process, not strategy or media.
- Budget is small and you can trade your time for a lower monthly cost.
Choose PI if
- You want the results of agents without owning the setup and the weekly review.
- You need marketing execution too: campaigns, content, video, websites.
- You want an agent for your own team that works across WhatsApp, email and documents rather than inside one vendor's product.
- You want a person accountable for what the agents produce.
